Returns Policy

Your purchase of the Rainwater Hub is covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy.

Should you wish to return the Rainwater Hub for any reason during this period, please just let us know via email at info@rainwaterhub.com.

We’ll ask you to provide the reference number which you received by email at the time of purchase. You will then be sent details on how to return the Rainwater Hub to us.

A full refund of the purchase price, inclusive of original shipping charge, will then be made as soon as is practical within a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that, during this 30 day period, we do reserve the right to decline a refund on any items which we deem to have been willfully damaged. We will be reasonable about this, as we are sure you will be.

After this initial period, you are covered by our 10 Year Water Tight Guarantee.

If you experience any manufacturing or material defects which affect the functionality of the Rainwater Hub during the first decade of use, please contact us on the above email and we will advise you on how we can best resolve your problem.
